Secretary of State John Kerry announces the Diplomacy Lab, a new collaboration between UVA and the State Department.

Public Day

In the early years, UVA’s academic year concluded with “Public Day” when the students would present their research, sharing the fruits of their studies with the community. The tradition faded away but this spring the university revives the tradition with student presentations on a variety of subjects and a digital exhibition in the OpenGrounds studio.
